Abstract
This paper presents the development, implementation, and initial outcomes of health and social care university empowerment group. The course content was professionally written by a trauma informed councillor, aiming to enhance participants self-esteem and self-confidence while promoting healthy relationships and boundaries. The group aims to address personal and relational challenges through structured discussion, experiential activities, and peer support. Preliminary findings suggest notable improvements in participants' self-perception, communication skills, and relationship dynamics.
